Description
mt-preparations are isolated mitochondria (Imt), submitochondrial particles (Smp), tissue homogenate (Tho), mechanically or chemically permeabilized tissue (permeabilized fibres, Pfi) or permeabilized cells (Pc). In these preparations the cell membranes are either removed (Imt and Smp) or mechanically (Tho) and chemically permeabilized (Pfi).
Abbreviation: mt-preparations
MitoPedia topics: Sample preparation
