Fish - Oxidative stress

  • Protocol 1: G + M + D + H202 (wait 20 min) + Ctl + c + P + D + S + Omy + FCCP+ Rot + Mna + Ama

To reduce the number of protocols, I suggest to skip Protocol 1, and try Protocol 2 only (Protocol 1 without Omy was applied before, the results will serve as a basis to describe the general substrate control pattern).

  • Protocol 2: G + M + D + H202 (wait 20 min) + Ctl + c + P + D + S * Rot + Omy + FCCP + + Rot + Mna + Ama
