General information
- This training course on the Oroboros O2k-FluoRespirometer includes an introduction to the new DatLab 7 software with programmed <a href="SUIT%20protocol">SUIT protocols</a> and applications of the Titration-Injection microPump, TIP2k. Real-time demo experiments illustrate the principle and show the unique advantages and limitations of simultaneous monitoring of oxygen concentration, respiration, hydrogen peroxide production or mt-membrane potential.
