Handling of the syringes
- Separate inhibitors from substrates.
- Rinse the outside with water immediately after use.
- At the start of a day: rinse the outside with the pure solvent and wash the syringes 3 times with the pure solvent.
- Rinse with pure solvent before use.
- Between two runs during the day: rinse the outside with water.
- At the end of a day: wash 3 x with last used solvent, rinse 3 x with EtOH 100%.
- Storage: ethanol 100% (short), dry (longtime).
